Artist paints stay-at-home women’s dream

The show of 23 mix media works — at the Triveni Kala Sangam here — depicts fluid female figures against a backdrop of domestic objects. “I paint women who remain within the confines of their homes, but nobody can stop their dreams,” Chandra, a former student of Kolkata’s Government College of Art, said.
