Looking for a good challenge? Here are all the places you get go to, most of them free, during the 30-day event:

Group Fitness

Al Areesh Club is hosting free group exercises and fitness activities at Dubai Festival City. To participat­e, visit and take the mandatory fitness assessment. A variety of free classes including Zumba, body jam, body attack and yoga will be held every Saturday. Boot camps, running groups and basketball games are set from Sundays to Thursdays. Venue will be either in the Al Areesh Club, Marsa Plaza Promenade, or along Al Badia Community. Call 04-232 5670

Al Khawaneej Walk Fitness Village

One of five fitness villages across Dubai, the Village features a five-kilometre running and cycling track, a ladies-only pavilion, XDubai Pump Track and parkour course, an inflatable children’s boxing ring and a play area. There are plenty of activities for all ages and abilities, but the focus of this fitness hive is cycling, with bikes available for use free of charge. For those who want to work on their technique or prefer to cycle indoors, there will be Technogym MyCycling Gym sessions. Adrenaline Village

Workout on Ninja Warriour courses, climbing, bouldering, gymnastics, acrobatics, parkour, crossfit, trampoline­s and more, all for free, at Just Play Sports Academy, JLT. Starts at 2pm, until November 22. Call 04-3483869
