UAE rolls out e-reconciliation for family cases

The Ministry of Justice has announced that it has started offering remote reconciliation services for personal status and family guidance cases.

The first e-reconciliation session was held at Fujairah’s Federal Court of First Instance. Dr Mohammad Obaid Al Kaabi, head of Fujairah’s Federal Court of First Instance, said that the new judicial service aims to ensure the privacy of families and dignity of women, providing them access to these services that involve other parties while they are at home or work.
