Barber jailed for molesting 14 year old

A barber lost his retrial and was jailed for three months for molesting a 14-year-old deaf-mute boy at his barbershop.

In September 2017, the Emirati teenager was taken by his 30-year-old elder brother for a trim to the barbershop in Umm Al Sheef.

When the brothers were walking back home afterwards, the boy used sign language to tell his brother that the barber had touched him inappropriately. When the barber was arrested the police, he denied molesting the teen.
