RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s health critical
The health of jailed Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) President Lalu Prasad is deteriorating fast — he is now unable to stand on his own.
“His blood sugar level is increasing fast, despite our best treatment,” Dr Umesh Prasad told the media yesterday. The RJD chief is currently admitted at the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi, soon after his surrender before the Central Bureau of Investigation Court in August.
Among many ailments, he suffers from chronic kidney disease. (IANS)
