Drunk nurse charged with insulting cop

A nurse has been accused of getting drunk, offending and insulting a policeman and filming him in a police station while he was recording her statement after a car accident.

The 47-year-old Irish nurse walked into the police station and notified the traffic policeman, who was preparing an accident report, that she got injured in Al Barsha area. As she waited for the policeman to complete his procedures, she reportedly gazed at him belittlingly, and spoke insultingly about him with her companion. (Staff Report)
