Advanced skills: It aims to develop future generations with 21st century skills that meet the requirements of the future job market and entrench the concept of ‘lifelong learning’.

Artificial Intelligence: It aims to achieve the objectives of UAE Centennial 2071, boost government performance, use an integrated smart digital system and make the UAE the first in the field of AI investments.

Food security: It aims to enhance the UAE’s rank in global food security indexes and curb waste of food by 15 per cent. It also aims to develop sustainable food production and boost domestic production through international partnerships.

Employment: It charts out a road map to manage the job market up to 2031. It aims to accelerate Emiratisation by 200 per cent, enhance women’s participation in the job market and increase Emiratisation in strategic sectors. It also aims to build a knowledge economy with high productivity.

Culture: It defines the UAE’s cultural agenda 2031, which features 73 national initiatives. The agenda defines 10 challenges in 10 areas. It adopts cultural industries to create new job opportunities.

Quality of life: It encourages the adoption of a healthy lifestyle and promotes good mental health. It aims to enhance social and family cohesion, improves the quality of digital life and encourages positive digital societies.

Advanced sciences: The strategy is aimed to enhance the advanced sciences environment in the UAE and build the future, making the UAE a hub for advanced science and a top destination for scientists and innovators.
