DJs Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike were among the headliners at the first ever Bao Festival at Meydan in Dubai on Thursday. The two-day EDM event, held until Friday, also saw high-profile names include Afrojack, Martin Garrix, R3hab and Dante Klein perform. The event, the name of which translates to ‘treasure’, was inspired by Chinese explorer Zheng He, who led several voyages in the 15th century, including the Arabian Gulf, in search of ‘treasures and riches’.
