Jordan summit for Al Haram Al Sharif

Jordan will organise an international conference in support of occupied East Jerusalem’s Al Haram Al Sharif on December 20, according to the country’s Islamic affairs minister. “The Al Aqsa mosque is facing grave and daily violations that provoke the sentiments of all Muslims,” Minister of Awqaf Abdul Nasser Abul Basal said. He said Israeli violations of the mosque have been on the rise in recent months. “This reflects Israel’s plan to change the historic and legal status quo in the holy site,” he said. (APP)
