How to meet Shah Rukh Khan in Dubai

The Bollywood actor will headline two events in the city to promote his film ‘Zero’

Be prepared for fan frenzy over the next few days as Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan heads to Dubai for a series of public appearance­s as he embarks on a promotiona­l blitzkrieg for his upcoming film Zero.

Khan will headline two events in the emirate, the first takes place tonight where the actor will party with his fans at White Dubai, the Meydan Racecourse Grandstand Rooftop. The event will kick off at 10pm, with DJs Shadow, Hani, Asef and Jeff spinning the decks ahead of Khan’s appearance.

Ladies enter free before 11pm, with tickets starting at Dh150 and can be purchased at the venue.

King Khan, as fans lovingly call him, will also get a chance to catch the superstar at Global Village tomorrow at 9pm. Entry ticket to the venue is priced Dh15 per person.

His fans in Oman and Kuwait get to see him on Friday.

Zero, which also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the lead, releases on December 21 in the UAE. In the Aanand L Rai directed film, the 53-year-old actor will be seen playing a dwarf. The song Issaqbaazi, which features a cameo by Salman Khan, also dropped yesterday.
