French team visits Kochi to question suspect

A team of French police officers has arrived here possibly to question an Indian prisoner who has been linked to the 2015 Paris terror attack that left 130 people dead, a Kerala intelligence official said yesterday.

The team will question Subahani Haja Moideen, 33, the official said.

“Moideen is understood to have been laterally involved with the accused in the Paris attack.”

A series of coordinated attacks took place in Paris in 2015 leaving 130 dead.
