Natalie Im­bruglia to per­form at char­ity gala

Aus­tralian singer-song­writer Natalie Im­bruglia is headed to Dubai to join the bevy of A-list stars who will head­line the Bril­liant is Beau­ti­ful gala this week.

Im­bruglia will per­form live at the char­ity event, which is be­ing held to­mor­row at the Grand Mil­len­nium Ho­tel Busi­ness Bay. The gala will also see Hol­ly­wood stars Ben Stiller, Su­san Saran­don, Made­line Stowe, who, along with the Duchess of York and Caro­line Stan­bury, will as­sist artist Sacha Jafri as he fin­ishes a paint­ing live at the event for auc­tion.

Auc­tion bid­ders will have the op­por­tu­nity to win af­ter­noon tea with the Duchess of York in Lon­don, or have a Golden Globes ex­pe­ri­ence in Los An­ge­les cour­tesy of Hol­ly­wood star Sean Penn.

The pro­ceeds of the event will ben­e­fit the Artist for Peace and Jus­tice ini­tia­tives, to­gether with Dubai Cares, which aims to pro­vide qual­ity ed­u­ca­tion to chil­dren and young peo­ple in de­vel­op­ing coun­tries, as well as the Bril­liant is Beau­ti­ful Global Fund for Women and Girls’ Ed­u­ca­tion, a schol­ar­ship fund that helps un­der­priv­i­leged young women with pro­grammes in coun­tries such as Pak­istan, Uganda, Peru and Haiti. Tick­ets to the event are sold out.
