DP World acquires Unifeeder

DP World has closed its 100 per cent acquisition of Unifeeder, a logistics company, in a transaction valued at £660 million (Dh3 billion).

Unifeeder operates a common user container feeder and a growing short sea network in Europe, serving both deep-sea container hubs and the intraEurope container freight market, DP World said in a statement.

The deal will help DP World broaden its services to customers, both shipping lines and cargo owners. (Staff Report)
