NBF welcomes ninth batch of 13 management trainees
Training programme targets young Emiratis looking at banking jobs
The National Bank of Fujairah welcomed the ninth batch of 13 participants in its annual management training programme, which gives trainees access to training and mentorship for the next 12 months.
The programme starts this month with the participation of Emiratis looking to start a career in banking.
The bank said the programme enables Emiratisation in the sector as the UAE ■ aims to increase the participation of UAE nationals in key economic sectors.
The training programme offers participants experience of working in the banking sector, and includes an induction module, classroom training, job rotation and mentorship.
