Seung-dae out of Asian Cup

Korea forward Kim Seung-dae will miss the Asian Cup in the New Year because of a toe injury and has been replaced in the pre-tournament training camp by uncapped winger Kim In-sung.

Seung-dae has played five times for his country scoring one goal and his absence through injury is somewhat ironic given he played every minute of every game for his club Pohang Steelers in the recently concluded season.

Speedster In-sung had a brief spell in the Russian Premier League with CSKA Moscow in 2011. (Reuters)
