Dnata acquires US-based caterer

Dnata, the air services provider under Emirates Group, said yesterday it has completed the acquisition of 121 Inflight Catering, a New York-based caterer.

Dnata did not disclose the value of the transaction, but said the acquisition will allow it to “significantly expand” its operations in the United States. 121 Inflight catering offers its services to commercial airlines and private jets from its facilities at New York’s JFK airport and Nashville International Airport.
