Dubai Police chief awarded for excellence

Police Chief MajorGeneral Abdullah Khalifa Al Merri was presented the 2018 Harrington-Ishikawa Award at the Asia-Pacific Quality Organisation’s (APQO) 24th International Conference in Abu Dhabi for excellence during more than 20 years of service.

He is the first police official to receive the award since its launch in 1996.

APQO gives the award annually to a professional who has made exceptional contributions to the advancement of quality in the Asia-Pacific region. (Staff Report)
