IATA and Jordan Aviation sign MoU

The

International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (Jordan CARC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to partner for the improvement of aviation safety.

The MoU focuses on exchange of expertise, best practices and capabilities in a number of safety areas. Under the MoU terms, CARC will also recognise ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) as a means of compliance with CARC regulations. (Staff Report)
