Mohammad to share jackpot with four colleagues

Abu Mohammad, an Indian expatriate based in Ras Al Khaimah, has won Dh12 million in the latest Big Ticket draw held in Abu Dhabi yeterday.

The winning ticket number was 027700 and it was bought on August 30.

When the host, Richard, called him he immediately recognised the voice, said Mohammad, who was elated to hear of the win. He said he purchased the ticket with four of his office colleagues and will be sharing his winnings.

Mohammad lives with his wife, mother and two daughters in Ras Al Khaimah. He works in a shipping company as an Operation Coordinator. He has been buying Big Ticket with his colleagues for over a year now.

Mohammad said he was not watching the live show but his friend was, adding that the friend, who has a share in the winning, was in tears as he informed Mohammad of the win.

As of now Mohammad said he has not taken any decision on what he will do with the money.
