The Big 5 construction trade show makes in-person return
Event will host 1,200 exhibitors from 50 countries over the next three days
The Big 5, the region’s premier construction trade show, opens at the Dubai World Trade Centre today with the distinction of being the only live, in-person event connecting those from the industry this year. Taking place annually in Dubai since 1979, the 42nd edition of the show will be held from September 12 to 15.
With over 1,200 exhibitors from 50 countries participating in the event, visiting professionals including architects, engineers, contractors and project managers will have access to the latest construction products and solutions from around the world to accelerate
market growth following Covid-19 impact.
“It has been some time since we have been able to welcome the industry to live in-person events and we are delighted to be back at Dubai World Trade Centre,” said Josine Heijmans, Vice President at DMG events, the show’s organiser.
The Big 5 incorporates a focus on technology with features such as the new Digital
Construction World, Intelligent Buildings and Offsite & Modular product sectors, Start-Up City, and the exclusive FutureTech Construction Summit.
The event also offers over 70 CPD certified talks delivered by 150 global speakers. What makes the event even more attractive is the fact that The Big 5 is free to attend for all pre-registered visitors.
