Chef Rohan has a passion for Mexican food and has taken this opportunit­y to handcraft and launch a one day only special menu for Mexican Independen­ce Day. Tuck into a pan of chicken or Angus Striploin beef fajitas served in a cast iron skillet with all the bells and whistles. Combining classic Mexican flavours, like bell peppers, onions, guacamole, and Pico de Gallo, all wrapped up in tortillas, these filling fajitas are the best way to celebrate Mexican Independen­ce Day this year. This year, Maya Mexican Kitchen + Bar is bringing the fiesta to Dubai. For Dh99 or Dh299, you can experience a night filled with music, carefully crafted beverages and classic Mexican dishes from the freshest guacamole to traditiona­l tacos filled with bold flavours and more.
