Couple kill daughter, accuse grandparent

An Egyptian couple have been both sentenced to death by hanging, after being found guilty of killing their six-yearold child in Egypt, local media reported.

The 26-year-old man and his wife 28-year-old wife “Samar”, killed their own daughter and accused her grandparent of her murder in retaliation of a dispute between them.

Investigations showed that the girl’s father killed her after disagreements with his own dad, so he decided to get rid of her to blame and accuse his father of her murder in retaliation.

The killer, Yousef, lured his six-year-old daughter to an abandoned house and then strangled her with a shawl, until she died.
