Disney sues Marvel artists

Walt Disney Co. is taking action against former Marvel Comics writers and illustrators who are claiming rights to characters and stories they worked on, including Iron Man, Spider-Man and Daredevil. Marvel sued them in order to invalidate copyright termination notices.
