BLOCKADE PLEA

The Supreme Court yesterday issued notice to 43 farmers’ groups in an application seeking to make them parties before the court in a public interest litigation against the blockade of roads between Delhi to Noida due to farmers protests. A Bench headed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul sought response from the farmers’ bodies holding the protests.
