New ICA chairman appointed
President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a Federal Decree appointing Ali Mohammad Bin Hammad Al Shamsi as Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, with the rank of a minister.
The separate authorities were recently merged.
