Al Tayer storms to victory

1996 — The expected powerboat sea battle between the ambitious Dubai Victory Team and British World Champions Vulture Ventures turned into a runaway win for the home boys at the DIMC in Mina Seyahi. Vulture Ventures’ Charles Burnett and Peter Dredge took to the waters for the opening round of the UIM Middle East and Central Asia Class II Championship. Saeed Al Tayer and Obaid Gharieb streaked to an impressive first place.
