MOHAMMAD MEETS SENEGAL, SIERRA LEONE LEADERS AT EXPO
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum yesterday met Presidents Macky Sall of Senegal and Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone during a visit to their pavilions at Expo 2020 Dubai yesterday. In his meeting with the leaders, Shaikh Mohammad hoped that the Expo will reinforce ties between the UAE and the African continent.
■ His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, met Presidents Macky Sall of Senegal and Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone yesterday during a tour of Senegal pavilion located in the Mobility District. Shaikh Mohammad later toured the Sierra Leone Pavilion, which showcased the country’s tourism, agriculture, education and mining sectors, among others. Shaikh Mohammad expressed his appreciation for the development efforts of African countries and expressed hope that Expo 2020 Dubai will help reinforce ties between the UAE and the African continent.
