PAKISTAN CELEBRATES EID MILAD-UN-NABI
■ Pakistanis celebrated Eid Milad un Nabi, the birthday of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), with enthusiasm and devotion yesterday. Houses, streets, shops and government buildings have been adorned with colourful lights to commemorate the occasion. Eid Milad un Nabi, called Eid Al Mawlid Al Nabawi in Arabic, is celebrated by the Muslim world on the 12th day of Rabi Al Awwal.
