Heavy rains likely in TN

The weather bureau has predicted that Chennai and adjoining areas in Tamil Nadu will have heavy rains on November 16 and 17 due to a low-pressure area developed in the Bay of Bengal. The India Meteorological Department predicted light to moderate rains with lightning in several parts of Tamil Nadu yesterday. The weather department has also predicted thunder and lightning in the next 24 hours.
