Alison to compete in LPGA qualifying round

Dubai-based Alison Muirhead will compete in the 72 hole LPGA Qualifying School Stage

2 at the Plantation Golf and Country Club, Venice Florida, from tomorrow to Sunday.

Having comfortably qualified through Stage 1, Muirhead will join 177 other competitors who will play over two golf courses, the Bobcat and Panther in a stroke play format with no cut.

Muirhead said, “The courses look good and are in great condition. The club has worked very hard to clean it up after Hurricane Ian hit causing Q School to be delayed by a month, although you can still see signs of destruction.”
