Cityscape 2022 to drive Dubai’s surging real estate market

Over 70 developers will showcase new, complete projects at Cityscape

-

UAE’s largest real estate exhibition, Cityscape, is all set to return to Dubai on Monday, November 21. The event will bolster Dubai’s surging real estate market to new heights by showcasing new and complete projects from over 70 developers, organisers have said.

Amid a booming UAE-wide buoyant market expected to see 8 per cent growth in residential properties between 2022 and 2027, and more than 550,000 new homes built in Dubai alone in the next 10 years, Cityscape Dubai has enlisted Arada, Azizi and Sobha Realty among its major developer participants for this edition.

Intelligence Talks series

The much-anticipated Cityscape Intelligence Talks series is also set to return with a sharper focus on the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the sustainability agenda of the emirate.

Event’s focal role

Organisers have confirmed that the flagship event will embrace its roots and focus on connecting homebuyers with their dream homes and connect individual buyers, consultants, and private property investors with leading developers and real estate brokers.

The event will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) until November 23.

The objective of the strategy shift is to continue increasing the quantity and value of real estate transactions in Dubai, organisers added.

With some of the region’s leading real estate developers already signed up, the event will showcase the latest offplan and ready-to-live projects that are ready to purchase there and then.
