Kerala contest offers funds for business

The Kerala government announced an innovative idea contest called “Dreamvestor”, which has a Rs500,000 (Dh22,478) prize. Business aspirants must present their ideas before a panel and explore the possibility of converting their concepts into business ventures. State Industries Minister P. Rajeev said: “The state government has declared 2022-23 as the ‘Year of Entrepreneurship’. As part of the entrepreneurship development initiatives, the Department of Industries and Commerce, is holding the contest,” he said.
