First Stu­dio M Ara­bian Plaza set to open in Q4 2018 in Dubai

The three-star ho­tel will fea­ture 223 rooms and 100 apart­ments

Mil­len­nium Ho­tels & Re­sorts’ mid-scale ho­tel brand Stu­dio M’s first ho­tel, Stu­dio M Ara­bian Plaza is set to open in Q4 2018, a state­ment from the com­pany said.

The three-star life­style ho­tel will be lo­cated next to Al Qiyadah Metro Sta­tion and will fea­ture 223 rooms and 100 apart­ments and is tar­geted to­wards bud­get con­scious vis­i­tors trav­el­ling to the emi­rate.

Mil­len­nium Ho­tels & Re­sorts chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer for Mid­dle East Kevork Deldelian noted that the prop­erty will add to the com­pany’s grow­ing in­ven­tory con­structed to ac­com­mo­date Dubai’s tourism tar­get of 20 mil­lion vis­i­tors by 2020.

“The Stu­dio M ho­tel is Mil­len­nium Ho­tels & Re­sorts’ con­tri­bu­tion to the ris­ing num­ber of mid-scale brands in Dubai. In a city dom­i­nated by up­scale and lux­ury ho­tel cat­e­gories, the value-based op­tion in­tro­duced by Stu­dio M will at­tract and ben­e­fit trav­ellers look­ing at stylish yet af­ford­able ac­com­mo­da­tions when vis­it­ing Dubai. There is a great de­mand in the mar­ket for bud­get ho­tels and we hope to ad­dress this by open­ing the Stu­dio M Ara­bian Plaza,” Deldelian said.

With gen­er­a­tion Y tourists ex­pected to reach nearly 50% of the tourism mar­ket by 2020, the Stu­dio M brand aims to cap­i­talise on the steadily grow­ing de­mand from that sec­tor, the state­ment said.
