Debuting in the Middle East, these trendy new products offer something different for hotels and restaurants
Premier Worldchefs is a composition of a hygienic non-stick coating and a handle made with mother-of-pearl optics which has been developed by Friedr. Dick with the World Association of Chefs Societies (Worldchefs). The knives are forged from one piece of steel and are perfectly balanced. The coating on the blade effectively prohibits the cutting material to stick on it. The knives are also easy to clean. Due to the ceramic particles, the coating is highly wear-resistant making it easier to use with educed effort.
Made with entirely natural ingredients, the Sosa Glow adds a fluorescent hue and is designed for use by mixologists and bartenders. The application involves dissolving 2g of glow powder into 1l of liquid. When the liquid comes close to a black or UV light, it gives a “glow-in-the dark” effect. Designed for cocktails, jellies and dishes served in clubs, bars and restaurants. The ingredient that provides the glow is riboflavin — also known as vitamin B2, a naturally occurring ingredient in many foods such as green vegetables, carrots, and mushrooms.
