WHAT’S THE NEWS?

With every pur­chase of a Ra­tio­nal cook­ing ap­pli­ance, cus­tomers will re­ceive a ser­vice pack­age they can use for free as long as they have a Ra­tio­nal ap­pli­ance in their kitchen. The name of the pack­age: Ra­tio­nal Ser­vi­ce­plus.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When choos­ing Ra­tio­nal, cus­tomers get a Self­cook­ing­cen­ter or Var­i­o­cook­ing­cen­ter, and also re­ceive a wide range of ex­tra ser­vices, most of them are free. Be­cause the com­pany is also there for its cus­tomers af­ter their pur­chase - through­out the prod­uct life. With this ser­vice, Ra­tio­nal sup­ports chefs around the world in im­prov­ing their daily kitchen rou­tines, get­ting the most of their ap­pli­ances and sav­ing re­sources.

WHAT DOES THE EX­PERT SAY?

“Ser­vi­ce­plus is a type of all-in­clu­sive pack­age that all cus­tomers will au­to­mat­i­cally re­ceive once they buy a prod­uct from us,” ex­plains Michael Kühn, ser­vice di­rec­tor area EMEA at Ra­tio­nal. So for ex­am­ple, Ra­tio­nal will on re­quest come to the cus­tomer’s kitchen and show the team how the ap­pli­ances work. “Even af­ter that, fur­ther train­ing is free,” says Kühn and adds: “In the work­shops at our Academy Ra­tio­nal, our cus­tomers can get ideas for their menus, re­ceive train­ing on var­i­ous top­ics or learn how they can fur­ther im­prove the pro­cesses in their kitchen.”
