An­drew Vieira has joined the ho­tel as Di­rec­tor of Food & Bev­er­age to head the prop­erty’s culi­nary op­er­a­tions.

With 14 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in the hos­pi­tal­ity in­dus­try, Vieira started his ca­reer in his home­town, Lon­don be­fore mov­ing to the Mid­dle East with Jumeirah Group where he worked for six years and Emaar Hos­pi­tal­ity for three years.

Prior to join­ing Steigenberger, Vieira served as Food & Bev­er­age Man­ager for two years at The Mey­dan Ho­tel, work­ing closely with the lead­er­ship team to max­imise fi­nan­cial per­for­mance.
