Does anything keep you awake at night: Ideation is what keeps me awake.

Over the years, what you have learnt from failures: There is no success without setbacks. Every setback equips us with a new perspectiv­e. So, my theory is to be open to change, take calculated risks to save the business from becoming stagnant.
