Dallas actor Daniel Pilon is no more

Daniel Pilon, 77, who portrayed the villainous tycoon Renaldo Naldo Marchetta in the iconic TV soap Dallas, has died. The actor died on June 26 after a battle with cancer. Pilon’s 50-year reached its peak during the 70s and 80s. His first movie role was in the 1968 drama Le Viol d’une Jeune Fille Douce. This was followed by an appearance in the 1969 British war film Play Dirty. His other credits included Hart to Hart, Cagney & Lacey, Brannigan and Murder She Wrote.
