dubai — Visionary entreprenuer Joy Alukkas was honoured with the ‘Business Excellence Award 2016’ at a gala event organised by the Indian Business and Professionals Council (IBPC) the only representative organisation of Indian Business and Professionals in Dubai.
Joy Alukkas is considered the man with the midas touch, he has grown his business from a single jewellery showroom to multi-billion dollar global business empire in a short span 29 years. His flagship business is Joyalukkas Jewellery, which is today a 120 plus showroom chain spread across 11 countries around the world. Joy Alukkas’s other business interests include; Money Exchange, Malls, Fashion and Silks retail, Realty and Luxury Air Charter.

The Business Excellence Award was presented to Joy Alukkas, chairman and MD, Joyalukkas Group, by Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, at the event conducted at Dubai World Trade Centre on March 17.
