The Traveller International app is a must if you are a resident in the UAE

- Matt Philips — Matt Philips is CEO, IMC Middle East.

Traveller International app was launched in the UAE over four years ago with the vision to become a comprehensive digital guide to help customers discover unique and incredible experiences.

With a 365-day Traveller membership, customers can get access to thousands of discounts across UAE, Oman and Qatar. The product has the potential to help customers save over Dh100,000 in one year — that’s an incredible proposition in itself. Today the product caters to customers across three countries (UAE, Oman and Qatar) with over 1,500 offers, spread across four categories – Dining, Entertainment, Wellness and Lifestyle.

Emphasising on our core vision though, becoming a traveller member is not just about getting access to the largest library of deals and offers — we are in the business of helping customers #DiscoverAnExperience!

Much of the success Traveller has pertains to the strong foundation it has been laid on — which is the parent company, IMC Holding. IMC has the privilege of calling itself the region’s most experienced loyalty management company. IMC also hosts a small innovation lab where we develop and launch the best-in-class features for our apps.

Mobile App in everyday affair

The Middle East is an incredible place to be at the moment – especially for entrepreneurs from the digital sphere! The population here has a huge digital appetite, at the moment though solutions are limited in the app stores for the region. Large corporations are finally tweaking their systems, people and culture to adapt to the growing demand. Although it may take a few more years, we foresee a coming tsunami of apps, which govern all aspects of our lifestyle here in the Middle East. With the support of the community apps like Traveller are bound to grow — the best is yet to come!

How is the mobile app developed beneficial to residents in the UAE?

The Traveller International app is a must if you are a resident in the UAE. The app merchant network is constantly growing, every month we add on average 50 new deals on the app. So, assuming if you spend Dh200 every weekend at a Traveller restaurant, you could then save approximately Dh2,000 across the year. The best part of the programme is that there is no cap on the usage — redeem offers as many times as you want!

Oh yes, if you are a tech geek, I strongly suggest you to download the app – in the coming months we will have patches where maybe even tech giants may turn heads.

Collaborations in the UAE

As part of their core marketing strategy, banking Institutions such as ADIB and SAMBA have tied up with Traveller International – so, if you have a debit or covered card from these banks, you automatically get a free membership to the traveller deals platform. If you are in Oman and are a loyal Omantel customer, you can earn your free membership to get access to a dedicated Omantel Traveller app. — Sponsored content
