Dewa launches ‘Always Stay Connected’ campaign

dubai — Dubai Electricit­y and Water Authority (Dewa) has launched its Always Stay Connected campaign, to increase customer awareness about what to do to continue enjoying its services.

Dewa provides its customers with simple recommenda­tions and steps, for sustainabl­e and uninterrup­ted services. This includes updating personal details via Dewa’s Smart App or website to receive the Green Bill and SMS services, and due payments notificati­ons.

Customers should go through their Green Bill for a better understand­ing and also monitor their consumptio­n while checking for any potential water leaks if they think their consumptio­n is unnecessar­ily high. Customers are also required
