Universal Hospital wins SKEA 2016 silver award

UAE’s premium healthcare brand Universal Hospital announced that it has been awarded the Silver Category of the prestigiou­s Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA 2016).

The award was presented to Dr Shabeer Nellikode, founder and managing director of Universal Hospitals, by Lt-General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, at a ceremony held at the Emirates Palace.

Speaking on the occasion Dr Shabeer Nellikode said: “On behalf of my team I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the UAE President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, for their generous support in our endeavour of spreading the wings of wellness. Last but not the least I would like to thank the SKEA panel of evaluators for guiding us in our journey and pursuit of excellence and for the recognitio­n of adopting best practices aimed at enhancing the competitiv­eness of the Business Sector in Abu Dhabi and the UAE,” he concluded.
