More academic hospitals under the Thumbay Network get JCI accreditation
Thumbay Hospital, a leading network of private academic hospitals affiliated to the Gulf Medical University and operated by the healthcare division of Thumbay Group, has successfully received the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for its Dubai and Fujairah hospitals, in addition to Thumbay Hospital Ajman, which has the distinction of being the first JCI-accredited hospital in the emirate.
With three of its hospitals accorded JCI accreditation, Thumbay Hospital’s standards of providing safe and effective patient care have been recognised at an international level, elevating the hospitals to an exclusive group of healthcare organisations worldwide that have met every stringent clinical quality standard set by Joint Commission International (JCI), a recognised leader in international healthcare accreditation.
The Thumbay network of academic hospitals presently includes six Thumbay Hospitals; one each located at Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah and Hyderabad, India, and two in Sharjah.
