FEARLESS GIRL ON WALL STREET

State Street Global Advisers, the world’s third-largest asset manager, has installed a statue of a Fearless Girl on Wall Street opposite the iconic Charging Bull bronze sculpture. The nearly $2.5 trillion investor set it up on the eve of International Women’s Day as part of its campaign to put pressure on companies to appoint more women on their boards. State Street plans to write to 3,500 companies asking them to ensure gender equality.
