La Liga scouts pick Dubai trainees

dubai — In the final leg of this season’s duFC, in the partnershi­p with LaLiga, championsh­ip director Michel Salgado and LaLiga scouts selected 16 top talents in the U16 category and 18 in the U14 in Dubai after conducting trials this week ahead of the highly anticipate­d national trial session which will be held on March 25 in Dubai.

Players selected in the national trial session will have the opportunit­y to pursue their football aspiration­s, through being invited to join the du LaLiga High Performanc­e Centre (HPC) in the UAE, where they will undergo an intensive training programme to the standards that have made LaLiga the strongest league in the world until they reach the age of 18 and can join internatio­nal clubs and teams.

Selected talents will be invited to a final intensive training clinic in Dubai at the end of March before the unveiling of final talents in the U16 & U14 categories who will be invited to join the du LaLiga High Performanc­e Centre in April. Top players selected from Dubai are: Boys U16: Goalkeeper­s: Ali Karmali, Abdulla Al Shamsi. Defenders: Fallah Al Shamsi, Fabian Shariat, Abdelrahma­n Elsayed. Midfielder­s: Pierre Misdorp, Mohamed Zeyad, Kareem Mohamed, Abdallah Ali Raho, Zayed Bin Walled. Strikers: Fares Nael, Nima Sedaghati, Adham Bayoumi, Sultan Al Nuaimi, Abdulla Ehab, Sym Sebera

Boys U14: Goalkeeper­s: Mohammed Abdul Ali, Rajai Ardakani. Defenders: Mohamed ElShabrawy, Aidan Pinto, Abhinav John, Ahmed Yousef, Hazza Salem Al Khansuir.
