6 more Japanese detained in China

Six Japanese citizens have been detained in China for alleged illegal activities, officials in both nations said Monday, more than doubling the number previously held in the country. Ties between have been marred by a maritime territorial dispute and tensions over Tokyo’s history of aggression in the first half of the 20th century. —
