GOOD NEWS FOR RENTERS

The article, ‘Good news! Dubai landlords open to bargains’ (KT, June 26), has surely brought some relief. to residents I have always wondered about the increasing number of apartments getting ready in Dubai and why the rents are not falling. It is heartening to note that landlords are willing to accept payments by four to six cheques. I believe this is because there are several options available to tenants, especially if he is willing to scout around.
