Livermore tests positive
Jamaica’s Commonwealth Games 200-metres bronze medallist Jason Livermore could face a four-year ban after returning a positive test for a banned substance in December, the chairman of the country’s Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel said on Friday.
Kent Gammon, who headed the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission’s (JADCO) independent three-member panel, told Reuters that the 29-year-old Livermore had returned the positive result in an out-of-competition test on Dec. 16.
