Share your story to watch Man City in action
dubai — Are you a fan of Manchester City FC? Well, then you might be in luck — the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) has launched a new campaign which gives diehard fans a chance to win big, just by supporting the squad and sharing their own memories and stories about being a fan of the “Sky Blues.”
The ‘Extraordinary City Story’ activity kicks off with a competition offering club supporters a chance to win prizes, like tickets to the Abu Dhabi Granx Prix and an all-expenses paid trip to the emirate plus tickets to a Man City game at Etihad Stadium in Manchester.
To get a chance to win, fans need only share their most extraordinary memory of Man City using the hashtag #ExtraordinaryCityStory, on social media.
To celebrate the launch of the global competition — and to coincide with the start of Manchester City’s pre-season tour in the United States — TCA Abu Dhabi has revealed a specially commissioned T-shirt at the Emirates Palace in the Capital, which was the venue for Manchester City’s mid-season training session last February.
The shirt will be worn by Man City stars Sergio Aguero, Kevin de Bruyne, Vincent Kompany and the rest of the team as they go head-tohead with European powerhouses Real Madrid and London’s famed Tottenham Hotspur while in the United States.

Manchester City will begin their American tour with a game against heated rivals Manchester United today, followed by Champions League holders Real Madrid in Los Angeles on July 26 and Tottenham Hotspur in Nashville on July 29.
City’s first game of the new season is against league newcomers Brighton and Hove Albion on August 12, with the first home game being against Everton on August 21.
