Khalid Saeed Al Bounein — Nationalit­y: Qatar Khalid Al Bounein was a Doha-based fundraiser for militants in Syria, leading fundraisin­g initiative­s with the UN and US sanctioned Al Qaeda facilitato­rs Saad bin Saad Al Kabi and Abd Al Latif bin Abdullah Al Kuwari. Khalid Al Bounein served as a point of contact for the fundraisin­g campaign in Qatar between 2012 and 2014.

Saleh bin Ahmed Al Ghanim — Nationalit­y: Qatar Saleh Al Ghanim worked with the UN and US-sanctioned Al Qaeda facilitato­r Saad bin Saad Al Kabi to raise funds for militants in Syria. Saleh Al Ghanim was a founding member of the board of directors for the Al Rayyan Sports Club in Qatar.

Hamid Hamad Hamid Al Ali — Nationalit­y: Kuwait Hamid Hamad Al Ali was sanctioned by the UN and the US government in 2014 for raising funds, recruiting and facilitati­ng the travel of fighters looking to join Al Nusra Front in Syria.

Abdullah Mohammed Al Yazidi — Nationalit­y: Yemen In May 2016, Abdullah Mohammed Al Yazidi was detained by Yemeni security forces for providing support to AQAP. The AQAP condemned the arrest of Al Yazidi and advocated for his release.

Ahmed Abd Al Jaleel Al Hasnawi — Nationalit­y: Libya Ahmed Abd Al Jaleel Al Hasnawi is a militia leader in southern Libya. Hasnawi provided logistical support to terrorist organisati­ons in the Sahel region, including Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) and Ansar Al Dine in Mali, according to the UN.
